THE PAIN OF COMPARISON

One Of The Things I Haven't Done In The Journey Of My Life So Far Is To ENGAGE IN UNGODLY COMPARISONS. I Do Not Compare Myself With Anybody, Based On Their Level Of Achievement Or Success In Any Area Of Life. As A Christian, I Believe God Created Us With Divinely Programmed Time And Seasons To Achieve Some Things In Life. While It Is Good To Appreciate And Commend The Success Of Others, It Is Dangerous And Unwise To Compare Yourself With Others. The Bible Says Those Who Compare Themselves With Others Are Not Wise." 2 Corinthians 10:12 Stop Comparing Your Life And Success With Others. You Are Unique And A Special Project In The Hands Of God. It Pays To Wait For Your Landmark Manifestation And Glorious Revelation. The Fact That Your Age Mates, Classmates, Or Coursemates Achieved Certain Things Before You Doesn’t Stop You From Achieving More Than Them When Your Appointed Time Comes. Understand That There Is No Latecomer In The Game Of Success. Time Is ONLY The Differentiator! When You Engage In Comparison Of Your Life With Others; 1. You Are Blinded To Your Hidden Talents And Gifts God Deposited In You. 2. You Limit Your Ability And Capability, As You Begin To Imitate Others. 3. You Kill Your Vision And Goals And Start Engaging In Illusionary Issues 4. You Imprison Your Glory And Destiny, By Becoming A Slave Of Other People's Opinion 5. You Limit God And Make Him A Liar, Despising His Plan For Your Life 6. You Kill Your Intuition And Creativity, Thereby Becoming A Shadow Of Yourself 7. You Become A Prototype Of Others, By Using Their Life As A Yardstick For Your Life Instead Of God's Plan 8. When You Compare Yourself, You Will Complain And God Hates Complaining 9. When You Compare Yourself, You Will Not Be Thankful For What You Have 10. Comparison Opens You Up To The Danger Of Pride And Arrogance, Envy And Jealousy, And Strife. 11. Comparison Leads To Anxiety, Worry, Frustration, And Desperation To Compromise Your Integrity In 2025, Clearly Define And Itemize Your Goals With The Precision Of Your Decision. Let God Be In It And Prayerfully Work And Wait For Its Accomplishment. Stop Engaging In Comparison, It Limits You And Imprisons Your Vision, Intellect, Talent, And Future.

Is it just me or time really flies, it's already February 3rd ,one month is gone in the year. Most people are still warming up to go, but , there is something called the power of inertia the end of the year brings. Inertia is the tendency of a body to maintain its state of rest or uniform motion unless acted upon by an external force. Big definition for a simple concept. Long and short of what this means is, if you slow down in December at the end of the year, it becomes more difficult for everybody to get going in January and a simple way to check if this is real to you or not is to ask yourself these questions 1.
