A MESSAGE OR A PASSAGE?

In this world, from the time you are born until you get old and die, there are two possible results: leaving a message and just making a passage. A message is a communication containing information, news, advice, requests, political, social, or moral points, and nonverbal behaviours and lifestyles we pass to others. Conversely, a passage is the action or process of passing through from one place to another. In the context of this nugget, I am talking about passage as a transition in life from birth to death. Are you in this world to give and leave a message, by making an impact and leaving an imprint in society or are you just making a passage with no impact or leaving any imprint in the sands of time? When your words, actions, counsel, motivation, lifestyle, giving, and behaviours are impacting life positively, you are leaving a message, a legacy for now and after you leave this world. Understand that, our lives (actions, deeds, words, lifestyles) are a letter (epistles), or message that people read, according to the Holy Bible (2 Corinthians 3:2-3). Those who leave a message in their lifetime are heroes, patriots, achievers, changer agents, etc. Their memory lingers on. Even generations yet unborn will come and meet their message! On the contrary, when you just come into the world, living recklessly, living a life of “me, myself, and I”, and not making any impact or leaving a positive imprint in people’s life or society, you are just making a passage, without any legacy that lives after you. Those who just made a passage have nothing to be remembered for. They die with their dreams and visions and have nothing to impact their society. They are not achievers. They are not social change agents. They are quickly forgotten! Jesus our Lord left a message in the world before he ascended to sit at the right hand of God! We are still reading, talking, and studying His message today! But some came and left no message and just made a passage and nothing is being read, talked, and studied about them today. They are forgotten. So, are you in this world to leave a message or just make a passage? You are to answer it by yourself. God bless you!

Is it just me or time really flies, it's already February 3rd ,one month is gone in the year. Most people are still warming up to go, but , there is something called the power of inertia the end of the year brings.
